How Our Practice Works
We are a primary care practice that charges a membership fee, but we will never bill your insurance. This allows us to focus on what is truly important, which is providing holistic care to you.
You will have unmatched access with same or next day appointments. We will be available for you when you need it most. Connect with us through in-office visits, video calls, or via text, call, or email. As a member, you will receive primary care services such as preventative care with wellness focused education, management of chronic disease, as well as urgent care needs.

What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a solution to our broken healthcare system. For the equivalent of a monthly cell phone bill, you can receive healthcare focused on you. A
provider who you can text, call, and email you personally. We will offer medications, labs, and imaging at wholesale cost. No copays, no insurance, no middlemen. It is a direct
relationship with you and your provider.

*Children must be under 19 and under. Family constitutes member + spouse and children. Up to 3 children included with an added $20 per month for each additional child.
